Pippa is involved in leading services and preaching at All Saints, and occasionally at other churches. She is also a member of the Music Worship Team. During the week she works as an Occupational Therapist in the field of Dementia Research, aiming to find ways to improve treatment and support for those with dementia and their families.

Pippa is married to Robert, who operates the sound desk in church, and they have two grown up daughters.
