'We booked the Oak room at the Hub for mum's 90th birthday, with about 40 guests for afternoon tea. It worked very well and we were very pleased with our choice of venue. The hall was a good size to layout the food and plenty of tables and chairs for the 40 guests to sit at. We also booked the kitchen, where we made use of the oven, dishwasher, urn, coffee machine and fridge as well as mugs, plates, cutlery. Everything was clean and had straight forward instructions where needed. The parking immediately outside and on the tennis court was very convenient . We all had a lovely day.'
