Sanctuary Service for Sunday (23/08) 

If you have been following Sanctuary Services in August you will have discovered that  there is old and new material each week. Our theme for August has been ‘Inspired by the Past and Facing the Future’. The inspiration from the past comes from some heroes of the faith who have had strong connections with Bath and Bristol.
So far we have had local born hero St Alphege, Archbishop of Canterbury, William Tyndale and last week that indefatigable preacher, John Wesley.
For Sunday 23 August, we have someone who was a Member of Parliament, reformer and frequent visitor to Bath, who also found love in Bath. For our facing the future talk, we have a husband and wife duo from a group of churches in Ealing; their word for the future is “Change’. Do join us on Sunday or any day after.
